Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through creating energy, excitement, and desire around products and brand heritage
- Optimize the client experience through prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to consistently raise the level of service provided
- Receive repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
- Work collaboratively with the diverse sales team and support boutique leadership in driving business results
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related fashion retail or luxury goods experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence required
- Passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
