Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet and proactive client service consistent with Chanel’s standards, building long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Develop deep product knowledge across apparel, accessories, leather goods and beauty to provide expert styling and product guidance.
- Maintain boutique presentation to exacting visual merchandising and housekeeping standards; ensure window and floor displays are immaculate.
- Use CRM/clienteling tools to record client interactions, manage appointments and nurture business opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately, manage returns and exchanges, and adhere to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support stock management, receiving and replenishment processes and collaborate with the team for events and trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales; previous experience in a high-end fashion or beauty boutique preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished professional presentation and the ability to build rapport quickly with discerning clients.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a customer-first attitude.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle brands; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or coursework in fashion, retail or sales is advantageous.
