Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service aligned with Chanel brand standards, ensuring every client feels valued and inspired
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through thoughtful outreach, personalized styling advice, and consistent after-sales support
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a client-centric approach and high standards of service excellence
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising and personal grooming standards, ensuring product displays reflect Chanel's seasonal collections and guidelines
- Support boutique operations including stock management, security protocols, and after-sales processes
- Participate actively in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and training sessions to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
- Demonstrate initiative by supporting team members, communicating transparently, and contributing to positive team dynamics
- For Senior Fashion Advisors: mentor and guide junior team members, lead by example in client engagement, and contribute to team development and motivation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or service industries; luxury fashion experience is strongly advantageous
- Intermediate-level Chinese language proficiency or above
- Fluent in Thai
- Passionate about fashion and luxury with a keen sense of style
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to build authentic relationships and convey brand passion
- Excellent customer service and selling skills with a natural, personable approach
- Well-groomed, dynamic, and professional demeanor
- Able to be based at Suvarnabhumi Airport
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or service industries. Experience in luxury fashion is strongly advantageous. Candidates with additional experience are encouraged to apply for Senior Fashion Advisor positions.
