Chanel is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Rome to deliver personalized client service, develop local and international relationships, and contribute to sales targets, with particular focus on ready-to-wear. The temporary, part-time position is governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio and includes meal vouchers; the stated RAL starts at €27,000 on a full-time basis and is commensurate with experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and provide a distinctive, memorable shopping experience in line with Maison standards and guidelines.
- Build lasting relationships of trust through active listening, attention to detail, and client loyalty initiatives.
- Proactively develop a local and international client portfolio, showcasing all Maison creations with particular focus on ready-to-wear (RTW).
- Follow company procedures and competently use the tools provided to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values, and identity as an ambassador in every interaction, inside and outside the boutique; maintain high standards of representation and follow grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Collaborate actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic workplace focused on shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Motivation and strong interest in fashion and luxury, with attention to detail and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for dialogue and ongoing interaction with diverse people in a multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role in retail or luxury.
- Strong curiosity and an ongoing desire to learn and develop personally.
- Team spirit and collaborative approach.
- Excellent English; proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage.
