The Fashion Advisor at Chanel delivers personalized boutique service, develops local and international client relationships, and contributes to sales targets, with particular attention to ready-to-wear. This is a temporary, full-time position under the CCNL Terziario Commercio, with an annual salary of €27,000–€35,000 depending on experience, based on full-time employment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and deliver a unique, memorable shopping journey in line with the Maison’s quality standards and guidelines.
- Build and strengthen lasting relationships of trust through active listening, attention to detail and client loyalty initiatives.
- Proactively develop a local and international client portfolio, showcasing all of the Maison’s creations with particular focus on ready-to-wear (RTW).
- Follow company procedures and competently use the tools provided to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values and identity as an ambassador in every interaction, inside and outside the boutique; maintain high standards of representation and follow grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Work actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic environment focused on shared objectives.
