Chanel in Rome seeks a Fashion Advisor (temporary contract) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to luxury clients and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
  • Maintain boutique standards: execute visual merchandising guidelines, housekeeping, and merchandise presentation to the maison’s specifications.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions and ensure rigorous cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Support stock operations including receiving, inventory control, replenishment and loss-prevention measures.
  • Participate in brand and product training sessions and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for high-end retail sales and client service; strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional manner suited to luxury clientele.
  • Availability and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced boutique environment and to learn product knowledge rapidly.

Experience
