Chanel is hiring a Part-time Fashion Advisor (RTW) in Marbella — 20h/week role focused on personalised client service and ready-to-wear sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to a high-net-worth and international clientele, cultivating long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Advise clients on Chanel ready-to-wear styling, fittings and outfit coordination; present product features and brand heritage with authority.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards for the RTW floor, ensuring displays, stock presentation and fitting room experiences reflect Chanel guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, manage transactions and support stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Capture client data and activity accurately in the store CRM; coordinate appointments and pre-/post-sale communications.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and product launches as required; work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education; vocational training in fashion or retail is advantageous.
  • Previous experience (typically 1+ years) in luxury or premium fashion retail, with demonstrable sales performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to engage affluent and international clients.
  • Availability to work a 20-hour week with flexibility for evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Authorization to work in Spain.

Experience

Typically 1+ year of frontline experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
