Chanel seeks Fashion Advisor for Marbella boutique. Ready-to-wear sales, styling expertise, Spanish/English required. Luxury retail mandatory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel's brand values and heritage, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the brand's craftsmanship, modernity, and cultural significance to clients and team members
- Create personalized, tailor-made client experiences using the Chanel experience ritual, with particular expertise in ready-to-wear styling and complete looks
- Maintain boutique standards by ensuring the sales space is clean, organized, and visually merchandised according to guidelines; participate in stock replenishment and inventory
- Achieve sales targets through strategic product knowledge, service excellence, and data-driven client relationship management to retain and grow client return rates
- Embrace digital shopping trends and deliver seamless omni-channel experiences; handle client service complaints and complex situations with discretion and professionalism
- Support team operations by communicating regularly with management, sharing best practices, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
- Monitor after-sales service requests and ensure ongoing client satisfaction through proactive follow-up and relationship building
Qualifications
- Mandatory luxury retail experience with demonstrated success in ready-to-wear sales
- Advanced styling knowledge and proven ability to create complete ready-to-wear looks and advise on personal style development
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with ability to establish genuine connections
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and capacity to manage complexity and change
Skills
Experience
Significant experience in luxury retail is mandatory, with proven expertise in ready-to-wear sales, styling, and client advisement. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets whilst building long-term client relationships in a high-end retail environment.
