Role & Responsibilities
- Present Chanel Ready-to-Wear collections to clients with comprehensive product knowledge
- Deliver personalized styling consultations aligned with client preferences and body types
- Execute transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and conduct regular floor presentation audits
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-up communication and clienteling
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and boutique KPIs
- Participate in product training and brand ambassador activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in fashion retail or luxury client-facing roles
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of fashion design, silhouettes, and seasonal trends
