Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel brand values and serve as a knowledgeable insider, sharing the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship with clients and team members
- Create personalized, tailor-made client experiences using the Chanel experience ritual to build long-lasting relationships and exceed expectations
- Develop and execute expert styling advice, creating complete ready-to-wear looks tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth by leveraging product knowledge, client data, and omni-channel selling strategies
- Actively participate in omni-channel retail delivery, embracing digital shopping trends and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professionally presented sales space in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines and Chanel standards
