Role & Responsibilities
- Embody CHANEL brand values and heritage, demonstrating deep knowledge of the brand's modernity and savoir-faire
- Create personalized, memorable client experiences by applying the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships
- Deliver styling expertise for ready-to-wear total looks and provide recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture to drive client acquisition, retention, and growth
- Deliver seamless omni-channel experiences and embrace digital shopping trends in client interactions
- Handle client service complaints and complex situations effectively and according to established guidelines
- Maintain boutique presentation standards in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines; ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and hygienic
- Support stock replenishment and participate in inventory management activities
- Communicate regularly with the Boutique Manager and team, sharing best practices and contributing to collective knowledge
Qualifications
- Luxury retail experience (mandatory)
- Demonstrated selling ability and performance-driven mindset in ready-to-wear retail
- Styling knowledge and ability to create cohesive ready-to-wear looks
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Interpersonal skills with ability to establish emotional connections and build relationships
