Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel brand values and maintain solid knowledge of heritage, modernity, and artisanal know-how, actively sharing insights with clients and team members
- Create personalized, tailor-made client experiences using the Chanel experience ritual to build long-lasting relationships and exceed expectations
- Develop comprehensive ready-to-wear styling solutions and total looks, offering wardrobe guidance and alterations as needed
- Actively engage in omni-channel retail strategy, embracing digital shopping trends to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Co-create authentic brand narratives that blend Chanel's culture with individual client stories within the retail environment
- Address client complaints and requests with professionalism, managing complex situations according to company protocols
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic use of product knowledge, data capture, and client retention strategies
- Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional sales environment in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Support daily boutique operations including stock replenishment, inventory management, and compliance with uniform and grooming standards

Qualifications
- Mandatory luxury retail experience in ready-to-wear fashion
- Proven styling expertise and ability to create complete ready-to-wear looks
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrated sales performance and commercial mindset
