Chanel seeks a bilingual Fashion Advisor in Barcelona to deliver luxury retail service in Ready-to-Wear, fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish/Catalan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative fashion advice and product expertise to clientele across the Ready-to-Wear collection
- Drive sales performance while maintaining Chanel's luxury brand standards and service excellence
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate pieces to enhance the shopping experience
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalised engagement and follow-up
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to an inviting store environment
- Process transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish or Catalan required
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and the Chanel brand
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility including weekends and peak periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset
- Professional presentation and grooming standards befitting a luxury retail setting
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience in a luxury or upscale fashion environment is preferred; alternatively, demonstrable evidence of strong customer service excellence and sales acumen in comparable settings.
Education
Secondary education required; completion of luxury retail or fashion studies coursework is advantageous but not essential.
