Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer development by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through energy and excitement around Chanel products and heritage
- Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and consistently exceed client expectations to raise the level of service
- Coordinate repairs and alterations while maintaining consistent follow-up with clients
- Support boutique sales targets and revenue generation through strategic client engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion sales experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Passion for the House of Chanel and its heritage
- Understanding of and genuine passion for client experience
- Collaborative team member with ability to thrive in team environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.50 to USD 31 per hour.
