Fashion Advisor - Chanel temporary full-time position in Panama City. Luxury retail sales and client relations role at Fashion Boutique Multiplaza.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and after-sales support in compliance with brand guidelines
- Optimize the client experience through prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach
- Execute day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, and merchandise organization
- Process sales transactions using all payment methods and handle wrapping services
- Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding alterations and service requests
- Manage warehouse and wrapping area organization
- Support inventory and stock control procedures
- Conduct daily review of reservations and client follow-up communications
- Maintain client communications regarding new collection arrivals, special occasions, and after-sales services
- Support merchandise reception, labeling, and quality verification
- Process client complaints and ensure effective after-sales service resolution
- Maintain and update the client database with current information
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience in luxury retail market (preferred)
- Ability to build solid relationships with high-end clientele
- Strong client orientation and service mindset
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience in the luxury retail market is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or any related field is required.
