Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor for its Worth Avenue boutique in Palm Beach, FL — deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate and retain high‑net‑worth clientele on Worth Avenue.
- Prospect, develop and manage a client portfolio using proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value.
- Present and demonstrate product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories and beauty categories.
- Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards in strict accordance with Chanel guidelines.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and store reporting; assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Support private client appointments, trunk shows and in‑store events; coordinate post‑sale services and alterations.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a seamless guest experience and share intelligence on client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury fashion or premium retail with demonstrable sales performance.
- Proven clienteling ability and experience working with high‑net‑worth customers.
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak season demands.
- Right to work in the USA.

Experience
At least 2 years in luxury or premium retail, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, developing client relationships and delivering personalised service to affluent customers.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; BA in fashion, business or a related discipline preferred.
