Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, discreet client service consistent with Chanel’s luxury standards; develop and nurture long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team goals.
  • Maintain in‑depth product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, accessories, leather goods, fragrance and beauty to provide authoritative styling advice.
  • Execute brand visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards to uphold the Chanel aesthetic.
  • Manage CRM records and follow up on leads, appointments and after‑sales enquiries to maximise client retention and lifetime value.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately; handle payments, returns and gift services in accordance with store policies.
  • Support boutique events and private appointments, coordinating logistics and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving deliveries while adhering to loss‑prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high‑calibre client service in a luxury retail setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with polished presentation and professional discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in merchandising and administrative tasks.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada and reliable local travel to the boutique.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and managing high‑value client relationships is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or visual merchandising is an advantage.
