Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through energetic and authentic engagement with products and brand narrative
- Optimize client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up communications
- Maintain a can-do attitude in all situations to continuously elevate service standards and foster client loyalty
- Process repairs and coordinate consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs, alterations, and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related fashion retail or luxury sales experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Ability to work flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Full-time in-store, in-person presence required
