Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling consultations and product recommendations aligned with individual client preferences and lifestyle
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and archival Chanel collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Assist clients with selections across ready-to-wear, accessories, fine jewelry, and beauty categories
- Contribute to achievement of boutique sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising refreshes, and boutique operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or clienteling
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Comprehensive product knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury aesthetics
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to dynamic boutique operations

Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, boutique management, or high-touch client services is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of fashion-related coursework or luxury retail certification programs is advantageous.
