Fashion Advisor position at Chanel's 57th Street boutique in New York; full-time luxury retail sales role with $27.70–$34.00 hourly rate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new clients by converting walk-in traffic into loyal customers and brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around products and the brand
- Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize the client experience and exceed expectations consistently
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and engagement
- Accept repairs and alterations from clients while maintaining detailed follow-up communication throughout the service process
- Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude in all situations to elevate the level of client care and drive business revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion sales experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule accommodating late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Deep understanding of and passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
