Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills preferred. Deep passion for the House of Chanel and its product offerings.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail, with a focus on client service and sales.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
