Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Provide exceptional client service to enhance the client experience and drive business revenue.
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach.
  • Exceed client expectations by demonstrating a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Manage client repairs and alterations with consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 to $34.00, with additional compensation components, benefits, and perks.
