Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of women's ready-to-wear, handbags, leather goods, watches, and accessories collections
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all luxury categories and seasonal offerings
- Manage boutique inventory, merchandise displays, supplies, and conduct regular stock audits
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure personalized service and repeat patronage
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique aesthetic excellence
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and key performance metrics
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales
- Fluent Japanese and English language proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with refined client-facing presence
- Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team environment
- Familiarity with fashion categories including ready-to-wear, accessories, and timepieces
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or boutique sales environments is required or strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is advantageous.
