Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in a boutique environment to cultivate long-term relationships and client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, suggestive selling and tailored clienteling strategies.
- Maintain exhaustive product knowledge across fashion, accessories and beauty assortments and communicate brand heritage with confidence.
- Manage customer interactions across channels: in-store appointments, telephone and CRM follow-up; record client preferences and purchase history accurately.
- Ensure boutique standards are upheld: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges professionally and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support in-store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion environments.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high-touch client service and build a loyal clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and cultural sensitivity appropriate to a luxury brand clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium cosmetics; demonstrated success in individual sales and client development is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
