The Fashion Advisor delivers a distinctive, personalized client experience, builds lasting relationships, and develops a local and international client portfolio, with particular focus on ready-to-wear. This temporary, full-time role applies the CCNL Terziario Commercio and offers a gross annual salary from €27,000, commensurate with experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and provide a distinctive, memorable shopping journey in line with Maison standards and guidelines.
- Build and strengthen lasting relationships through active listening, attention to detail, and client loyalty initiatives.
- Proactively develop a local and international client portfolio, showcasing all Maison creations, with particular focus on ready-to-wear (RTW).
- Follow company procedures and use dedicated tools effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values, and identity, representing it as an ambassador in and outside the boutique; maintain high standards of presentation and follow grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Collaborate actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic workplace focused on shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong motivation and interest in fashion and luxury, with attention to detail and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with diverse people in a multicultural setting.
- Previous experience in a similar role in retail or luxury.
- Strong curiosity and an ongoing desire to learn and develop.
- Team spirit and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent English; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
