The Fashion Advisor delivers personalized client consultations and a distinctive shopping experience while supporting sales targets and strengthening Chanel’s image in the boutique. This is a temporary, full-time role governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio, with an annual gross salary from €27,000, commensurate with experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and provide a distinctive, memorable shopping experience in accordance with the Maison’s quality standards and guidelines.
- Build and strengthen lasting relationships of trust through active listening, attention to detail and client loyalty initiatives.
- Proactively develop the local and international client portfolio, showcasing the Maison’s creations.
- Follow company procedures and competently use the tools dedicated to achieving sales targets.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values and identity as an ambassador in every interaction, both inside and outside the boutique; maintain high standards of representation and comply with grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Work actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic workplace focused on shared objectives.
