The Fashion Advisor contributes to sales objectives and strengthens Chanel’s image in the boutique by delivering personalized, distinctive service aligned with the Maison’s values and standards. This temporary, full-time role is governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio, with gross annual pay from €27,000, commensurate with experience, and meal vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and provide a distinctive, memorable shopping experience in accordance with the Maison’s quality standards and guidelines.
- Build lasting relationships of trust through active listening and attention to detail, fostering client loyalty.
- Proactively develop a local and international client portfolio, showcasing all of the Maison’s creations with particular focus on ready-to-wear.
- Follow company procedures and competently use the tools provided to achieve sales objectives.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values and identity as an ambassador in every interaction, inside and outside the boutique; maintain high standards of personal presentation and follow grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Collaborate actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic workplace focused on shared objectives.
