Chanel Fashion Advisor temporary role in Milan. Deliver luxury client experience and drive sales in our Sant'Andrea boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients through a curated shopping journey in full compliance with Chanel's qualitative standards and guidelines
- Build and maintain enduring relationships of trust through active listening, meticulous attention to detail, and client loyalty cultivation
- Proactively develop both local and international clientele while showcasing all Maison creations with particular focus on ready-to-wear collections
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to company procedures and competently utilizing designated sales tools and systems
- Represent Chanel as a true brand ambassador both within and outside the boutique, maintaining elevated grooming standards and behavioral alignment with Maison values
- Collaborate actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic work environment oriented toward collective objectives
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of customer relationship management principles
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented boutique environment
- Fluency in Italian (required); additional European languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
Prior luxury retail, fashion boutique, or upscale hospitality experience is required. Experience in brand representation, client portfolio development, and consultative selling within a prestige environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion, or hospitality certification is advantageous.

The role is situated in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 27,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
