Fashion Advisor temporary contract at Chanel's Milano Montenapoleone boutique. Luxury retail sales and client consultation role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations to clients visiting the boutique
- Present Chanel's seasonal collections and heritage pieces with extensive product knowledge
- Build and maintain client relationships through attentive, consultative service
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations with accuracy
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and inventory awareness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced boutique setting during peak periods
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages preferred

Experience
2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique operations, or high-end customer service preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion or hospitality training a plus.
