Chanel seeks a Temporary Fashion Advisor for its Milano Montenapoleone boutique. Temporary role in Milan delivering luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high‑value clientele, building long‑term relationships and ensuring exceptional in‑boutique experiences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling of ready‑to‑wear, leather goods and accessories.
- Maintain an outstanding boutique environment: uphold visual merchandising directives, presentation standards and luxury housekeeping.
- Manage transactions accurately via the POS, perform cash handling and daily reconciliation procedures.
- Execute clienteling activities using CRM tools and follow up on appointments, orders and bespoke requests.
- Support inventory control: receive and process deliveries, conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and seasonal campaigns while adhering to brand policies and loss‑prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with at least 1 year in premium or luxury fashion or accessories; demonstrable sales achievements preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with refined service etiquette appropriate for an ultra‑luxury environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or related discipline is advantageous.
- Legal right to work in Italy and immediate availability for a temporary contract, including weekends and public holidays.
- Impeccable personal presentation, discretion and alignment with brand image.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or degree-level studies in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
