Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor at its Moliere boutique in Mexico City. Deliver luxury client service and drive sales for Chanel Mexico City.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling and consultative styling.
- Conduct clienteling activities: manage appointments, follow-up communications and maintain client records to maximise lifetime value.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty; advise clients on fit, styling and care.
- Support daily boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling, stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to inventory control: receive, tag and process merchandise, and assist with stock counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Uphold Chanel’s brand image and boutique presentation, ensuring visual standards and luxury service protocols are maintained.
- Collaborate with colleagues and boutique management on events, launches and localized sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for high-end customer service; experience in luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as required by boutique operations.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation and discretion.
- Comfortable with sales targets and CRM-driven clienteling activities.
- Legal right to work in Mexico.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail is preferred; ideally 1–3 years in a sales or client-facing role demonstrating quota attainment and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or hospitality is an advantage.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
