Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in McLean, VA (Tysons) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Manage client appointments, follow up on leads, maintain the CRM with accurate client notes and preference data.
- Maintain elevated boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping in line with brand directives.
- Process transactions accurately (POS, payment handling), manage stock replenishment and assist with inventory control.
- Work collaboratively with store leadership to support promotions, client events and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end boutique sales, with a demonstrable sales record.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-first service mentality.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client appointments.
- Right to work in the United States and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.

Proven luxury retail experience—typically two or more years—demonstrating consistent sales performance, client acquisition and retention within a high-end boutique environment.
