Role & Responsibilities

• Embody and communicate Chanel's brand heritage, values, and product knowledge to clients and team members, demonstrating curiosity and proactive self-development in fashion and beauty culture
• Create tailored, personalized client experiences through the Chanel experience ritual, building long-lasting relationships and co-creating brand stories aligned with individual client preferences
• Provide expert styling guidance, develop complete ready-to-wear looks, and propose alterations or complementary services to enhance the client's wardrobe
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth by leveraging product knowledge, data capture, and client retention strategies to maximize return rate and recruit new clientele
• Handle client service complaints, requests, and complex situations with professionalism and discretion, while monitoring after-sales service requirements
• Maintain the boutique space in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, professional appearance, and proper stock replenishment
• Embrace digital shopping trends and actively participate in delivering seamless omni-channel experiences that integrate in-store and digital touchpoints
• Demonstrate team spirit by maintaining positive communication with management and colleagues, sharing best practices, respecting cultural differences, and contributing to collective knowledge and skills development

Qualifications

• Mandatory luxury retail experience with proven track record in ready-to-wear sales and styling
• Advanced styling knowledge with ability to create complete ready-to-wear looks and provide comprehensive client fashion guidance
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to establish emotional connections, build relationships, and deliver exceptional client service
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, active listening, and genuine care for client satisfaction

Skills

Experience

Mandatory luxury retail experience with proven excellence in ready-to-wear sales and client service. Demonstrated background in fashion styling and performance-oriented retail environments is required.

Education
