Role & Responsibilities

• Embody Chanel's brand values and serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship
• Create tailor-made, personalized client experiences using the Chanel experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships
• Maintain boutique presentation standards, ensuring the work area is clean, tidy, professional, and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
• Drive sales performance by achieving targets, managing client data, and leveraging all available levers to retain, recruit, and grow client return rates
• Deliver seamless omni-channel experiences and actively embrace digital shopping trends
• Provide expert styling guidance, develop client personal style, and propose alterations where appropriate
• Handle client service complaints and requests effectively according to guidelines, managing complex and challenging situations with professionalism
• Monitor after-sales service requests and ensure continuity of client relationships
• Participate in staff training initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to collective knowledge and skill development
• Support team operations including stock replenishment and physical inventory management

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion or beauty
• Demonstrated selling skills and performance orientation for ready-to-wear
• Styling knowledge and ability to create complete ready-to-wear looks
• Fluent English language skills (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish emotional connections and build relationships
• Empathy, active listening, and genuine care for client well-being
• Curiosity, openness, and eagerness to continuously learn
• Problem-solving ability and resilience in managing complexity and change

Skills

Experience

Eagerness and willingness to take care of clients; retail experience in luxury fashion is preferred. Demonstrated selling skills and performance orientation for ready-to-wear collections. Knowledge of styling techniques and ability to create complete looks. Proven ability to establish strong client relationships and handle complex service situations.

Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; however, product knowledge training and brand culture immersion will be provided.
