Chanel Fashion Advisor position in Luxembourg: 12-month contract, full-time retail role focused on luxury sales and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge in ready-to-wear collections and selling techniques to optimize sales performance
- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through energetic and compelling product presentation
- Deliver a luxurious client experience through prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up
- Provide relevant after-sales care including personalized information regarding special events and new collection launches
- Successfully complete all training programmes to continuously enhance selling skills and product expertise
- Work collaboratively within the team environment, fostering positive morale and contributing constructive ideas
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful retail shop floor experience in a luxury environment or high-end fashion sector
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience considered a significant asset
- Demonstrated passion for client experience, fashion, and luxury goods
- Self-driven, positive, and independent professional
- High degree of integrity and ethical standards
- Fluency in French and English
- Availability to live in or near Luxembourg and commit to full-time hours

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a luxury environment or high-end fashion sector, with demonstrable success in shop floor sales and client engagement. Ready-to-wear collection experience strongly preferred.
