Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Los Cabos to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales for ready-to-wear and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience in keeping with Chanel’s standards of discreet luxury and haute couture service
- Proactively build and maintain a client portfolio through clienteling, follow-ups and relationship management to drive repeat business
- Achieve or exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and exceptional product presentation
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty categories and communicate craftsmanship and provenance to clients
- Ensure boutique merchandising, visual standards and stock replenishment meet Chanel presentation guidelines
- Execute accurate transactions, returns and record-keeping; liaise with store management on inventory, deliveries and client requests
- Support boutique events, private appointments and trunk shows; coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfil bespoke client needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, preferably with a high-end maison or specialty boutique
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
- Polished presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to a premium luxury environment
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to meet defined sales targets
- Legal right to work in Mexico and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and seasonal peaks
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years of experience in luxury or high-end retail sales is preferred; demonstrable success in building client relationships and hitting sales targets within a boutique environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, hospitality or business is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, with easy access to Mexico City.
