Chanel Fashion Advisor position in Los Cabos, Mexico — luxury retail sales and client experience role reporting to Boutique Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel brand values and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of heritage, craftsmanship, and modernity to clients and team members
- Create personalized, tailor-made client experiences using Chanel's experience rituals and building long-lasting relationships
- Provide expert styling guidance and counsel clients on developing their personal style, including proposing alterations and complete ready-to-wear looks
- Drive business performance by achieving sales targets, capturing client data, and implementing strategies to retain and grow client return rates
- Embrace digital shopping trends and actively contribute to delivering a seamless omni-channel experience
- Handle client service complaints and requests effectively, managing complex and challenging situations with professionalism
- Maintain impeccable work standards by ensuring the sales space is clean, organized, and compliant with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with the boutique team to support stock replenishment, physical inventory, and operational excellence
- Monitor after-sales service requests and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Demonstrate team spirit by sharing best practices, maintaining positive communication with management and colleagues, and supporting collective knowledge development
Qualifications
- Mandatory luxury retail experience
- Demonstrated selling skills and performance-driven approach in ready-to-wear retail
- Proficiency in styling and ability to create complete ready-to-wear looks
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with capacity for emotional connection

Experience
