Chanel Fashion Advisor position in London – full-time luxury retail role at Walton Street boutique, delivering exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate genuine, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and brand loyalty whilst reflecting the essence of Chanel's heritage
- Deliver personalised fashion guidance tailored to individual client preferences, lifestyle requirements, and purchasing patterns
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere through confident, elegant storytelling and meaningful client engagement
- Collaborate closely with boutique colleagues to maintain operational excellence, share product expertise, and contribute to a high-performing team environment
- Organise tasks efficiently with meticulous attention to detail whilst managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Engage with CRM systems to record client preferences, purchase history, and interaction notes for enhanced future service delivery
- Support the boutique's sustainability initiatives and contribute to Chanel's broader environmental and social responsibility objectives
