Fashion Advisor position at Chanel/Harrods in London offering luxury accessories expertise and client-focused retail consultancy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert styling guidance and product recommendations to discerning clientele across the Harrods accessories collection
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and attentive consultancy
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of luxury accessories collections, craftsmanship, and seasonal offerings
- Process transactions with professionalism and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain pristine visual standards across assigned merchandise zones and coordinate with visual merchandising teams
- Identify and escalate VIP clients and special requests to management for enhanced service delivery
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail or client-facing luxury services
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills

Skills
Experience
