Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, appointment- and walk-in client service to an international, high-net-worth clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, personalised styling and cross-selling of complementary categories.
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups and post‑sale care using the boutique CRM; ensure meticulous client records and tailored communications.
- Maintain the boutique environment to the Maison's exacting visual and hospitality standards, including merchandising, window dressing and stock presentation.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle returns and exchanges according to Chanel procedures, and maintain cash-handling best practices.
- Support internal events, private appointments and trunk shows; liaise with colleagues and manager to optimise boutique rotations and inventory availability.
- Safeguard product integrity and confidentiality when handling luxury merchandise; adhere to loss-prevention and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or boutique sales, ideally within an international or flagship store environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client experiences for high-net-worth customers.
- Impeccable professional presentation, discretion and high standards of customer hospitality.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings; ability to work a schedule aligned with boutique trading patterns.
- Right to work in the UK and fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and stock management.

Mid-level retail experience: typically 2+ years within luxury or premium fashion retail, with direct exposure to serving VIP clients and achieving individual sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
