Fashion Advisor at Chanel boutique in Knokke, Belgium. Fixed-term role (Mar–Dec 2027) requiring 3+ years luxury retail experience and fluency in Dutch and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge in ready-to-wear and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to brand ambassadors through creating energy, excitement, and desire around the product
- Create a luxurious boutique experience for all clients by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach and after-sales care
- Offer relevant post-purchase engagement, including information regarding events and new collections
- Successfully participate in and complete training programmes to acquire and apply high standards of selling skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful shop floor experience in a luxury fashion environment
- Ready-to-wear experience considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated passion for client experience, fashion, and luxury
- Self-driven, positive, and independent professional with high integrity and ethics
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Available full-time from March to December 2027 and residing in or around Knokke

Experience
Minimum 3 years of successful shop floor experience in a luxury fashion or premium retail environment. Ready-to-wear selling experience is highly valued.
Education
