Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities while adhering to Chanel's standards.
- Develop new customer relationships and convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients.
- Provide a luxurious client experience with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent outreach.
- Offer relevant after-sales care and information about events and new collections.
- Participate in training to acquire high standards of selling skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in a luxury environment.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is a strong asset.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Residing in or around Knokke and available from April to October.
