Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor for temporary part-time work at the Nişantaşı boutique in Istanbul
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations to boutique clients
- Assist customers with selections across Chanel's luxury fashion, accessories, and beauty collections
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences aligned with the house's service standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury fashion experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual capability preferred

Experience
Demonstrated experience in retail, luxury goods, or hospitality sectors with a focus on client service excellence
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in luxury retail or hospitality an asset
