Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Istanbul, Turkey. Deliver personalised luxury service, drive sales and represent the maison with elegance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service through proactive clienteling and relationship building to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expertise in product assortment and heritage.
  • Maintain outstanding product knowledge across fashion, leather goods and accessories; present merchandise with exacting standards of luxury retail.
  • Execute visual merchandising and window displays to uphold the maison’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Process transactions, manage receipts and returns, and ensure accuracy of POS and CRM systems.
  • Support boutique operations including stock management, inventory counts and back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Represent the brand at client events, private appointments and in-store activations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adhere to company policies on appearance, client confidentiality and loss prevention while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to provide high-level client service with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; polished presentation and grooming.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Professional integrity with attention to detail in transactional and stock procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently during client appointments.

Experience

1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is preferred, with demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
