CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Houston to deliver elevated client service, build lasting client relationships, develop new customers and drive sales and brand loyalty. The role requires a full-time, in-store and in-person presence, a flexible schedule, and at least 3 years of related experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimise the client experience.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Maintain a can-do attitude, continually elevate service and exceed client expectations.
• Accept repairs and follow up consistently with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors, creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign-language skills preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, product offerings and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 32.50 per hour.
