Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors, cultivating energy and excitement around the product and brand offering
- Optimize the client experience by delivering prompt, professional, warm and courteous service that exceeds expectations and fosters genuine client relationships
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach, personalized communication, and attentive follow-up
- Demonstrate exceptional service delivery by adopting a solutions-oriented approach in all situations, consistently raising the standard of client care and brand representation
- Manage repair and alteration intake processes and maintain consistent follow-up communication with clients throughout the service lifecycle
- Execute full-time in-store and in-person presence to support client sales and deliver elevated service standards that drive business results
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in luxury retail, fashion, or client-facing roles
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evening and weekend shifts, as well as select holidays
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Genuine passion for client service and deep appreciation for luxury, art, and beauty
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of related experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or equivalent client-facing environments. Demonstrated expertise in building client relationships, driving conversion, and delivering elevated service standards is essential.
Education
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.50 to USD 31 per hour.
