Role & Responsibilities
- Lead new customer development by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through energetic product and brand engagement
- Optimize the client experience through prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service delivery
- Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up
- Demonstrate exceptional service orientation by consistently exceeding client expectations and elevating service standards
- Process repairs and alterations while maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding completion timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion retail, luxury goods, or high-end client service
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule accommodating late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Genuine passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives

Experience
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or high-end client service environments. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting customer relationships.
