Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary, discreet client service and personalised styling for a discerning luxury clientele.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow‑up.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
• Present and narrate product stories across ready‑to‑wear, accessories, leather goods and beauty with authoritative product knowledge.
• Execute visual merchandising and boutique standards to uphold Chanel’s brand image and seasonal directives.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, manage transactions and maintain stock integrity.
• Provide after‑sales support including returns, repairs guidance and service coordination.
• Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share market intelligence and optimise client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in luxury retail sales; prior experience with designer brands preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to convert consultations into sales.
• Highly developed aesthetic sensibility and attention to presentation and detail.
• Discretion, cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage high‑net‑worth clients.
• Flexibility for boutique hours, including evenings and weekends; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience delivering personalised client experiences.

Education

Secondary education required; vocational training or higher education in fashion, retail or business is an advantage.
