Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through active selling, clienteling and follow‑up.
• Maintain in‑store brand standards: visual merchandising, product presentation and boutique ambience aligned with Chanel guidelines.
• Manage transactions, POS procedures and basic cash handling with accuracy and discretion.
• Support stock control activities including receiving, replenishment and basic inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate and participate in client events, private appointments and product launches to enhance client engagement.
• Provide accurate product knowledge across categories (apparel, leather goods, accessories, beauty) and advise on fit, materials and care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion boutiques (typically 1–3 years preferred).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a consultative, client‑first approach.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and attention to detail consistent with a luxury environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and occasional evening events.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team and adapt to fast‑paced retail conditions.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or premium fashion boutiques, demonstrating measurable sales performance and a track record of building client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
