Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Gstaad to deliver bespoke client service and drive boutique sales in a luxury retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects the maison’s standards and builds long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and active client development.
- Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge across collections, including ready-to-wear, accessories, and beauty.
- Manage clienteling activities and CRM records to ensure follow-up, appointment scheduling and outreach tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring inventory and displays reflect the brand aesthetic.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and support stock management, receiving and returns procedures.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and participate in events or trunk shows, representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or boutique sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Polished interpersonal presence with exemplary standards of discretion and client confidentiality.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to convert high-net-worth and international clientele through consultative selling.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Multilingual proficiency advantageous in an international resort location; willingness to adapt communication to diverse clientele.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment, with demonstrable sales performance and client portfolio development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a post-secondary qualification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
