Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional, personalized client experience within the boutique.
- Guide clients through the boutique, offering a warm and tailored service.
- Present and sell all product lines with versatility and expertise.
- Apply and adhere to all procedural standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage and grow a client database to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Act as an ambassador of Chanel style, blending storytelling with in-depth brand knowledge.
- Propose unique silhouettes tailored to clients' desires, personalities, and body types, in line with Chanel's style.
- Utilize and expand knowledge of luxury and fashion trends to advise clients.
- Contribute to Chanel's performance by understanding sales targets and proposing action plans.
- Leverage stock knowledge to enhance commercial performance and provide purchase recommendations.
- Gather and relay client feedback on collections to refine boutique purchases.

Experience
Previous experience in a fashion retail environment is required, with a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive sales.
