Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through creating energy, excitement, and desire around fragrance and beauty products
- Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and engagement
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all situations to continuously raise service standards and inspire client loyalty
- Coordinate repairs and alterations, maintaining consistent follow-up with clients regarding completion timelines

Qualifications
