Chanel in Florence seeks a Fashion Advisor (temporary contract) to deliver high‑touch client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑touch, personalised service to a discerning clientele and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain exemplary boutique standards: presentation, stockroom organisation, visual merchandising and brand compliance.
- Operate point‑of‑sale and transaction processes accurately; manage client records and follow up on orders and after‑sales service.
- Support stock reception, inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures; collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide refined, client‑focused service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished manner.
- Proven sales aptitude with experience closing high‑value transactions and meeting targets.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury fashion or premium retail, with demonstrable success in clienteling and achieving sales targets. Experience supporting boutique operations and inventory control is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury sales training preferred.
