Chanel in Florence seeks a Fashion Advisor (temporary contract) to deliver high‑touch client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑touch, personalised service to a discerning clientele and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Maintain exemplary boutique standards: presentation, stockroom organisation, visual merchandising and brand compliance.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale and transaction processes accurately; manage client records and follow up on orders and after‑sales service.
  • Support stock reception, inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures; collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide refined, client‑focused service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished manner.
  • Proven sales aptitude with experience closing high‑value transactions and meeting targets.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
