Chanel Florence seeks a Fashion Advisor (temporary contract) to deliver luxury client service and sales in its Florence boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and build long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and conversion KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, execute visual merchandising directives and ensure impeccable product presentation.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, conduct inventory counts, replenish floor stock and maintain accurate records.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, refunds and administrative tasks in accordance with brand procedures.
- Support clienteling activities, appointment bookings and post-sale follow-up to maximise client lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure seamless daily operations and adherence to Chanel’s compliance and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence high‑net‑worth clients in a discreet manner.
- Excellent presentation and visual merchandising capability; meticulous attention to detail.
- Organisational competence in stock control, basic administration and POS operation.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; professional appearance and poise.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing retail experience; prior experience within a luxury or premium fashion environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is desirable.
