Role & Responsibilities
- Create luxurious, welcoming experiences for clients in line with Chanel's service standards and build lasting brand loyalty
- Present the full breadth of Chanel collections with expert styling guidance, emphasizing product quality and heritage
- Engage clients in transformative brand experiences that reflect Chanel's distinctive style and sustainability values
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, including grooming guidelines, merchandising compliance, and sales procedures
- Participate in inventory management, cycle counts, stock level monitoring, and restocking activities
- Collaborate effectively with boutique management, visual merchandising, alterations, aftersales, and corporate teams
Qualifications
