Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Dallas, TX to deliver personalised client service and drive boutique sales for ready-to-wear and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Chanel’s brand standards; build long-term client relationships and maintain clienteling records.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and selective upselling.
- Provide expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories and beauty categories; advise clients on styling and fit.
- Manage boutique operational duties including point-of-sale transactions, stock management, merchandising and visual standards maintenance.
- Coordinate client appointments, private viewings and in-store events; liaise with store management for client follow-up and order fulfilment.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand policies, loss prevention procedures and client confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and perform in a results-driven boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; prior experience in a premium fashion or beauty boutique is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fashion, retail or customer service is an advantage.
